Once all tuna is sliced start arranging it on a platter. Leave a third of the platter empty so you can add the greens and baguettes. Ahi Carpaccio: The description on the menu falls short in describing this refreshing dish. The ahi was thinly cut and fresh. I detected no fishy taste.
