An Alaska Roll, also known as an Alaskan roll, is an inside-out sushi roll (rice on the outside) made with smoked, raw, or canned salmon and imitation crab as the two proteins. Avocado, cucumber, and spicy mayo sauce are also included in the Alaska roll ingredients to give it a little extra kick.
