It's extremely healthy and blood-purifying and makes a delicious and easy curry if you add a heaping teaspoon to a can of coconut milk and simmer your fave veggies (peas, carrot, cauliflower, chickpeas) in the mix (hint: blend the coconut milk with the curry paste before cooking with the veggies).
