Terrible. We bought our ticket through airasia.com and received our itinerary and confirmation. We couldn't check in on airasia.com since it was an Indian flight and the website redirected us to airasia.co.in to check in. Ok no big deal, we go to that website but it automatically reroutes to airasia.com so we literally cannot check in online. Ok no big deal we will check in at the gate.
