Beau Monde Dip. November 9, 2012. Beau Monde is a specific brand of seasoning salt. The predominant flavors are nutmeg, mace, clove, allspice, white pepper and celery salt. It's a little strange that the recipe uses dill seeds, which are sort of like caraway seeds that taste slightly of dill. Most recipes I've seen for this use fresh dill weed.

Mix ingredients. To make the dip, simple mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, Beau Monde Seasoning, parsley, dill weed, and green onions until completely combined. Tip: You can also add a small pinch of salt, if you'd like, just keep in mind that Beau Monde already contains salt.
