Black, red and white make a very good colour palette. Orks are pretty chaotic though, you could pick almost any colour scheme to represent Goffs. The black and white found on Goffs is them honouring the Luna Wolves. During the Great Crusade, Horus along with the Emperor, gave the Orks such a kicking that it lodged in their racial memory.
