When I changed from Audio10 (DIN 1.0) to COMAND (DIN 2.0) I didn't need to change any trim. If the unit is a W203 specific item you should just be able to remove the single DIN item and storage tray and fit the double DIN unit. I assume they will come with wiring adapters but check.
