It looks like GORUCK has indeed gone ahead and added a bottom handle to their Rucker 2.0. Looking at the site you can see (as of when this was posted) that the Coyote is selling at $215 without a bottom handle and the rest of the colors are at $225 with a bottom handle. Personally I feel like they should just sew some side handles into this.
