You don't actually need the little link in the HeatLink because it's already present in the boiler. What you must do is replace that bell wire with 240-volt insulated and sheathed cable. Bell wire is not suitable for mains use.. It would be much better to use one 5-core cable between the boiler and the heatlink, (live, neutral, earth, switched live, and one spare)
