Two things about it don't work for me. First, the texture is crumbly, making it impossible to cut thin slices. It just breaks up into irregular chunks. Second, the cinnamon.

There wasn't as much "soaked in syrah" flavor as I was looking for. The verdict: For $9.99 per pound, this was a tasty cheese. It was like parmesan but much creamier. It had certain things that I like about a good parmesan. It had those tasty cheese crystals without the hardened and slightly dry taste. The cheese out of the package was more.
