differences: nor is slightly longer and lower. romancuer is lugged for that look. tire clearances. i don't think the tubes are the same thickness, the 4130 still feels robust but thinner than regular 4130. romancuer has a little longer trail. romancuer has a little taller head tube. the romancuer should be a little more lively.
