Retired Chef Fai, been receiving lot of request for pork version of that famous General Tso's Chicken. so, for those who like pork meat! here is the version.

Cook for 6-7 minutes, tossing occasionally to brown all sides. Once the meatballs reach 160 degrees, add sauce and toss.

1 Teaspoon pepper. 2 Tablespoons corn starch. Mix these marinade ingredients. In a glass dish with tall edges, like an oblong baking dish, pour this mixture to cover the bottom.
