Nov 30th, 2013. I drop the vodka to 1/2 part, and after shaking all the ingredients together and pouring into glasses, I pour about 3 parts Ginger Ale from as high as you can to splash it deep. Then let set without stirring for 3 minutes and watch the carbonation "bake" the gingerbread man into a firm texture on top of the drink. Raechelle.
