Quo Vadis is a lavish,. Before the Ten Commandments, before Ben-Hur there was Quo Vadis. A massive movie with huge sets that required 32,000 costumes to be made and worn by 30,000 extras. Film was a massive hit saving MGM from bankruptcy and earned 8 Oscar nominations including one for Best Picture. As for the movie..good but not great.
