While Sukhi's single frozen meal costs $7.49 at a regular grocery store, at Costco you can get seven servings of chicken and sauce for $14.99. You can cook your own rice for less than $1.00 and feed a whole lot more people for a lot less money if you but this product at Costco instead of at retail. David.

You can buy a 16 ounce bag of this curry at Safeway for $9.99 which works out to a cost of $0.624 per ounce. This means that you will save $0.208 per ounce (about 33%) by purchasing the larger bag at Costco.

One-quarter of a cup of the Mayura Cuisine Tikka Masala Sauce contains 70 calories, four and a half grams of fat, seven grams of carbohydrates, one gram of protein, one gram of fibre, four grams of sugar and 370 milligrams of sodium. To make a simple chicken curry out of the vindaloo simmer sauce, they combine diced chicken, frozen peas, cauliflower, potatoes, and a jar of the simmer sauce in a crock pot and set it on high for three to four hours.
