Located near Hansen, north of the Magic Mountain Ski Resort, it is a part of the beautiful Sawtooth National Forest, accessible by Rock Creek Road from Twin Falls in about 50 minutes, making it an offbeat day trip.

Ritter Island is a great spot to stop along the way where you can visit Lemon Falls or Minnie Miller. Box Canyon is also a wonderful hike in the Hagerman Valley that leads to a 20 foot waterfall of aqua blue water. Niagara Springs and Crystal Springs are unique waterfalls that spring from the canyon side and poor into another aqua blue pool.

Directions. The Thousand Springs Scenic Byway begins at Interstate 84 near Bliss, and follows U.S. 30 through Twin Falls. At Idaho 50, the drive then heads north on Idaho 50 to Interstate 84.
