How to make a Christmas Ornament Wreath. The first thing I did was create little bundles of 3 or 4 ornaments using the wire. I cut about 6 inches of wire, made it into a v shape and added my ornaments. Then I gave it a twist to keep them all together. Once I had quite a few bundles, I attached each bundle to the wire wreath form.

42 inches of wired ribbon 1.5 inches wide. Wire cutters. Hot glue gun and glue. Using a 12″ metal wreath frame and bendable floral wire (or the Christmas decoration hooks that came with your ornaments) attach the ornaments one at a time to the bottom-inside portion of the wire wreath. Begin by cutting off 10-15% of the pine needles from your tinsel wreath; set them to the side. Then, using a glue gun, start attaching the ornaments, one by one, to the wreath. For the majority of the ornaments, I put the hot glue near the tops (hangers) because I didn't want those to show.

Now, just repeat making clusters and attaching them to the frame until the entire front and side of the form is covered with ornaments. Make sure the clusters are snug against each other.
