Grilled Halloumi & Peach Salad

Use a spatula to release the cubes from the pan, keeping the golden crust intact, and toss around in the oil (the remaining sides will not be browned). Remove the pan from the heat. Instructions. Preheat a cast iron griddle over medium heat. Slice Halloumi into eight pieces. Brush Halloumi with 1 TB of Olive Oil. Once the griddle is heated, place Halloumi on top.
