The Bocksten Man ( Swedish: Bockstensmannen) is the remains of a medieval man's body found in a bog in Varberg Municipality, Sweden. It is one of the best-preserved finds in Europe from that era and is exhibited at the Varberg County Museum. The man had been killed and impaled to the bottom of a lake which later became a bog.

The Bocksten Tunic Bocksten is a peat bog in Halland, in the southwest of Sweden. In 1936 the body of Bocksten Man was found there and taken to Varberg Museum. He had been murdered, and an oak paling driven through his body to stop him from haunting. He wore a tunic, a mantle, woolen hose, leather shoes, carried two leather belts and two knives.

It consisted of a pair of hose with 'socks' attached, a tunic, a hood and a cloak. All recovered garments were made of wool, if any linen garments were worn with them they had been destroyed.
