The overall atmosphere of publik kitchen is a straight up vibe. I ordered a iced latte and avocado toast. the coffee came in a cute Masson jar and added to the overall vibe. The toast was divine and shockingly dumb thick. I will definitely be back to publik coffee roasters to try the variety of dumb thick toasts they have to offer!!!

A great spot for breakfast in the 9th and 9th area! Publik Kitchen is a cute, chic place where the coffee selection is huge and the food is as aesthetic as it is delicious. Our server, Britt, was happy to recommend their most popular breakfast dishes and I decided on the Publik Breakfast with bacon and Strawberry Rhubarb jam with my toast.
