Thoughts on flatbread pizza. I was wondering what everyone thought about them. I think they are ok, but I like what I call a pizza sub better. I get 6 inch 3 cheese sub and put it on flatbread. Add either heavy marinara or normal depending on the sheetz, and put on Parmesan. I then have the whole sub toasted so cheese is melted.
