My mom used to regularly make this Silver Palate-inspired dish whenever we had a summer BBQ. The beauty of this pasta is that it celebrates very simple ingredients and allows them to shine.. Combine all ingredients (except pasta) in a serving bowl large enough to hold the cooked pasta and sauce. Stir gently to combine. Set aside at room temperature for at least two hours.
