Hutch's is the model class steak house of Buffalo!!! I surprised my wife with a reservation on a Friday at 5 and we were thoroughly impressed with the food, service and ambiance! We were sat in the elegant and beautiful front dining room. We ordered wine and the caramelized bacon appetizer which was five stars!
