My beautiful Turkey Cranberry Wreath. A Pampered Chef recipe! So

Mix mayo, mustard, and pepper in medium bowl. Mix in turkey, celery, parsley, cranberries, cheese and nuts (If desired). Scoop mixture onto dough over seams of crescent rolls forming a ring. Fold over crescent dough alternating outside and inside points, tucking ends under. Brush with beaten egg.

My friend Joanna of Kosher Kitchen challenged the What's Baking gals to bake with cranberries this month, and this Pampered Chef recipe happens to use sweetened dried cranberries. Perfect. They add just the right amount of sweetness to this wreath, and the mayonnaise provides just enough moisture to keep the filling plump and juicy.
