Stuffing Uncle Bens Classic Cornbread Stuffing Mix, 28 ounce
1 c. hot water. 1/2 c. chopped parsley. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix. Cook UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice as directed on package. Meanwhile, saute celery and mushrooms. Add herb stuffing mix with hot water. Add parsley, mix well. Add hot cooked rice and mix. Use to stuff any fowl or use as a side dish.

Oven Method. Combine 3 ¼ quarts (13 cups) HOT (140?-180?F) water*, 1 pound (2 cups) butter or margarine and contents of seasoning packet in a full-size steam table pan. Stir well, until butter or margarine is melted. Stir in breadcrumb mixture. Cover and bake in a 400?F conventional oven (about 30-35 minutes). For drier stuffing, bake uncovered.
